Personalized Studio

We serve up to 10 students per hour with licensed professionals holding a bachelor's in Physical Education, postgraduate studies in Exercise Physiology, and registration with CREF4/SP — quality and excellence in pursuit of your goal.

Wellness System

Every student undergoes a periodic physical assessment by a qualified professional who plans the training schedule according to their goals. Each day, guidance on exercise, nutrition, and health.

Training Options

Physical conditioning, weight loss, muscle definition and recovery, and special groups. A path for every goal and every body.
